well, at first I was also kinda against it, but now I like Random Curiousity, reason is they always give extra comments about episodes that may help you understand the anime better, plus I'm a guy who now loves spoilers so I read alot of manga

doesn't appear to be anyone seeding episode 2 & 3, my router has issues on some trackers but there's another 8 peers stuck on the same percent.
so some seeds or a megaupload/etc of the episodes would be awesome as I've only found sites with only the first episode in mkv or only rmvb format.

big thanks if someone can lend a hand...

Thanks I was worried that it would be stuck at the 17% or so that it is at now considering a lack of direct download availability for the MKVs.

Mkv to avi transcode problems

I use AllToAvi to transcode mkv files into avi for my HTPC (doesn't do well with mkv files).

I do this will all the mkv files I download.

I've gotten 1,2,5 and 6 in avi format from another site. 3 and 4 in mkv from [Nova-Furukawa] (these transcoded with no problems)

7-9 now are from [Hi-no-Ka] and don't seem to like AllToAvi.

7-9 only transcode about 2 minutes into the file and then the transcode stops.

So far only the mkv's I've gotten that show [Hi-no-Ka] are having problems. Any ideas?

That is what I'm using, AllToAvi. MKVextract gui also can't transcode [Hi-no-Ka] mkv files.

Looks like I'm stuck. So far I haven't been able to find 7, 8 and 9 of this series by anyone else. Guess I'll have to drop this show if I can't work this out somehow.

If interested here is the log file from AllToAvi. It appears there is a problem on the audio side. Any reason why 4 channel audio is used? Don't know if that is it but other mkv's are 2 channel.

*sigh* I'm a newbie when it comes to encoding, so don't expect much about it. And I don't see any problem with my encoding... Plus AllToAvi is not the only converter out there, use MeGUI or something and don't be stack in just one converter.

Encoding is not that easy.
